Regional / Junior Sales Executive

The Junior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the Country Manager in driving sales, fostering client relationships, and expanding market presence in the construction and interior solutions industry. The role is based in Bengaluru, offering an excellent opportunity to develop skills and contribute to the growth of a global, innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the glass partitions, movable walls, and related product segments.
  • Build strong relationships with investors, architects, contractors, and general contractors to offer innovative technical solutions and close deals.

Sales Support and Coordination:

  • Set up high-value meetings and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects and conversions.
  • Assist the Country Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and relevant documents for client meetings.

Client Engagement and Negotiation:

  • Support the negotiation process and ensure timely and effective contract closures, adhering to internal company policies.
  • Provide timely updates on the status of deals and prospects to ensure alignment with business goals.

Project Coordination:

  • Facilitate communication between the India team and the production/R&D team in the Czech Republic to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with technical and organizational standards.

Strategy and Business Growth:

  • Assist in designing and implementing strategies to penetrate the Indian market in glass partitions, movable walls, and future sustainable solutions such as green buildings.
  • Contribute to market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Marketing and Brand Building:

  • Collaborate with the Czech marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the Indian market.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand.

Performance and Reporting:

  • Work towards achieving annual business goals, including revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to management.

Requirements:

Marketing Executive

As we grow in India, we seek a hands-on marketing professional to help us improve local communication and contribute to global projects. This role is a great opportunity to work closely with our European marketing team while making an impact in India and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

We need someone creative and proactive to bring our marketing to life in India. Your main job will be to localize our global materials—brochures, videos, presentations—so they make sense for the Indian market. You'll also support digital content creation, ensure our brand stays consistent, and manage our local corporate social media presence. Expect a mix of creative design work, communication, and problem-solving. Additionally, you will contribute to marketing projects for other international markets beyond India.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and customize brochures, videos, and presentations for the Indian market and create local content.
  • Create new local videos and content for social media and the web.
  • Collaborate with our European team to synchronize global and local strategies.
  • Manage and enhance our local corporate social media presence in India.
  • Monitor industry trends and share insights.
  • Partner on marketing projects for other countries.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong English skills in both written and spoken
  • Solid experience with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Previous marketing experience, ideally in a B2B
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and seeks solutions.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and branding principles.
  • Experience in construction or similar industries is a plus but not required.

Technical Specialist/Sales Manager at LIKO-S India

New Delhi

Key Requirements:

  • Education or experience background in construction or mechanical engineering.
  • Proven ability to hit targets and achieve goals efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (communicative level).
  • Willingness to potentially relocate in the future (after 6 9 months of adaptation in Bengaluru) to Delhi.
  • Starting date: immediately, no later than mid-January 2024
  • Location: Dobbaspet, Bengaluru

Adaptation:

Calculator/Junior Technician Specialist (1.-3. months) - the starting position for the first 1-3 months, where you will learn everything from the basics. You will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team (from processing price quotes to preparing technical and design solutions). You will get to know our production and benefit from our know-how, which we are happy to share with you.

Grow with us as a Technician

  • Technician (3.-6. months) - you will take responsibility for providing overall technical support to the implementation team. You will work daily in AutoCAD and Revit for designing technical solutions, communicate under the LIKO-S brand with our suppliers and customers.
  • Senior Technician (7.-9. months) - you will further specialize in the technical field as a senior technician, taking on additional responsibilities associated with this role. The salary for this position ranges from 80,000 to 90,000 Rupees per month.

Grow with us as a Business Professional

  • Junior Sales Manager (3.-6. months) - your main task will be shadowing the senior business manager in the sales field of our main segment: convertible, mobile, and interactive partitions. You will be in contact with architects, investors, and general construction contractors, engaging in cold calls and scheduling meetings, preparing contracts, managing and processing price quotes and calculations.
  • Area Sales Manager (7.-9. months) - you will advance to the role of a senior and independent sales professional, someone who is goal-oriented and enjoys establishing and maintaining relationships with new customers.
