HOW WILL YOUR CAREER PATH LOOK LIKE?It depends on you - on your skills and preferences! Whether you choose to be a technician OR a junior sales manager, the direction you want to specialize in is entirely up to you, and opportunities for growth are definitely available with us! Adaptation Quotation Specialist/Junior Technician Specialist (1.-3. months) - the starting position for the first 1-3 months, where you will learn everything from the basics. You will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team (from processing price quotes to preparing technical and design solutions). You will get to know our production and benefit from our know-how, which we are happy to share with you. Grow with us as a Technician!

• Technician (3.-6. months) - you will take responsibility for providing overall technical support to the implementation team. You will work daily in AutoCAD and Revit for designing technical solutions, communicate under the LIKO-S brand with our suppliers and customers.
• Senior Technician (7.-9. months) - you will further specialize in the technical field as a senior technician, taking on additional responsibilities associated with this role. The salary for this position ranges from 80,000 to 90,000 Rupees per month.

• Junior Sales Manager (3.-6. months) - your main task will be shadowing the senior business manager in the sales field of our main segment: convertible, mobile, and interactive partitions. You will be in contact with architects, investors, and general construction contractors, engaging in cold calls and scheduling meetings, preparing contracts, managing and processing price quotes and calculations.
• Area Sales Manager (7.-9. months) - you will advance to the role of a senior and independent sales professional, someone who is goal-oriented and enjoys establishing and maintaining relationships with new customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementing lean production principles to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Planning, organizing, and optimizing production schedules in alignment with lean methodologies.
• Continuously reviewing and adjusting schedules to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
• Maintaining daily reports and conducting debriefing sessions to analyze project performance and identify improvement areas.
• Assessing human and material resources to ensure alignment with production targets and lean principles.
• Identifying and communicating risk factors to facilitate proactive problem-solving with the CEO/Country Manager, cooperation witth the Production Manager.
• Documenting and analyzing errors to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborating with clients to agree on delivery terms and adapting schedules accordingly.
• Making decisions regarding equipment maintenance, procurement, and modifications to enhance lean production.
• Estimating production costs, calculating KPIs, and analyzing margins to drive profitability.
• Ensuring the quality, condition, and proper use of company tools, machinery, and property.
• Implementing strategies to minimize material wastage and optimize resource utilization.
• Managing and mentoring production workers to improve performance and adherence to lean principles.
• Supervising project progress, managing resources effectively, and reporting project status as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the engineering industry.
• Experience in custom production and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of European or multinational manufacturing standards as an advantage.
• Experience managing teams of 10 or more employees.
• Familiarity with local safety regulations and labor laws.
• Strong negotiation and purchasing skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada for communication with Czech Republic management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
